LS5911 Series

The LS5911 Series is a Wideband, High Gain, Monolithic Dual, N-Channel JFET. These parts are pin-for-pin replacements for Fairchild, Motorola, National, and Siliconix-Vishay 2N5911 Series. All dual devices are available in TO-71 6L, TO-78 7L, PDIP 8L, SOIC 8L and SOT-23 6L packages, as well as in die form.
