The 3N165 Series Monolithic Dual, P-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET is a direct replacement for Intersil and Siliconix-Vishay part. It is ideal for Amplifier and switching Applications. This part series is available in the Available in the TO-99 8L RoHS and SOIC 8L RoHS package, as well as bare die. All Linear Systems devices are available with special testing to customer specifications.
