The J/SST174 Series Low On-Resistance, P-Channel JFET Switch is a direct replacement for the Fairchild and Siliconix-Vishay part series. It is ideal for low resistance, low operating current switching applications. Available in the DFN 8L RoHS, TO-92 3L RoHS and SOT-23 3L RoHS package, as well as in die form.
