The LSBF862 Single, Ultra-Low Noise, High Input Impedance, N-Channel JFET Amplifier is a direct, improved replacement for the discontinued NXP BF862. It is designed for applications requiring exceptional noise performance and high-impedance signal amplification.

Engineered for precision and reliability, the LSBF862 provides superior noise characteristics, higher breakdown voltage, and greater flexibility through selectable testing and screening options. It is ideal for low-noise audio, acoustic, and sensor front-end applications.
