The LS/PF/SST5301 Series Single, High Input Impedance, N-Channel JFET Amplifier is a direct replacement for the Fairchild equivalent part. It is ideal for Very High Input Impedance Applications. Available in TO-72 4L RoHS, TO-92 3L RoHS and SOT-23 3L RoHS package, as well as in die form.
