The LS840 Series Low-Noise, Low-Drift, Low-Capacitance, Monolithic Dual N-Channel JFET Amplifier is a pin-for-pin replacement for the Fairchild, Motorola, National and Siliconix-Vishay part series. Available in the TO-71 6L, TO-78 6L, PDIP 8L and SOIC 8L RoHS package, as well as bare die.
