LS830 Series

The LS830 Series of Ultra-Low Leakage, Low Drift, Monolithic Dual N-Channel JFETs is a pin-for-pin replacement for the Fairchild, Motorola, National and Siliconix-Vishay part series. Available in the TO-71 6L, TO-78 6L, PDIP 8L and SOIC 8L RoHS package, as well as bare die. All devices are available with special testing to customer specifications.
