SD5000 SERIES QUAD, HIGH SPEED N-CHANNEL, LATERAL DMOS FET SWITCH
The SD5000 is a Quad, High Speed N-Channel, Lateral DMOS FET Switch with Zener Diode Protection, ideal for Ultra-High Speed Switching Applications. Linear Systems acquired the Siliconix Lateral DMOS FET Switch Product Line, so our parts are the same maskset, process and are an exact pin-for-pin replacement. This series is available in the PDIP 16L RoHS, SOIC 14L RoHS and S/B DIP 16L RoHS package, as well as bare die.
