SD/SST210 Series

The SD/SST210 Series is a Single, High Speed N-Channel Lateral DMOS FET Switch, ideal for Ultra-High Speed Switching Applications. Linear Systems acquired the Siliconix Lateral DMOS FET Switch product line, so our version is the same maskset, same process and is an exact pin-for-pin replacement. It is available in the TO-72 4L RoHS and SOT-143 4L RoHS package, as well as bare die.
