The 3N170 Series Single, N-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET is a direct replacement for Intersil and Siliconix-Vishay equivalent part. It is ideal for Amplifier and Switching Applications. Available in TO-72 4L ROHS, SOT-143 4L ROHS, as well as in die form. All Linear Systems devices are available with special testing to customer.
