The 3N163 Series Single, P-Channel Enhancement Mode MOSFET is a direct replacement for Intersil and Siliconix-Vishay equivalent part. It is ideal for Amplifier and switching Applications. Available in TO-72 4L RoHS, SOT-143 4L RoHS, as well as in die form. All Linear Systems devices are available with special testing to customer specifications.
