SST/U440 and U441 Wideband, High-Gain, Monolithic Dual N-Channel JFET Amplifiers are targeted for use in a wide range of precision instrumentation and sensor applications. They are available in the TO-71 6L, SOIC 8L RoHS and SOT-23 6L package, as well as in die form. All devices are available with special testing to customer specifications.
