LOW LEAKAGE, LOW DRIFT, MONOLITHIC DUAL, N-CHANNEL JFET
The U421, 422, 423, 424, 425 and 426 Low-Noise, Low-Drift, Monolithic Dual N-Channel JFET amplifiers are targeted for use in a wide range of precision instrumentation and sensor applications. They are available in the TO-71 6L, SOIC 8L RoHS and SOT-23 6L package, as well as in die form. All devices are available with special testing to customer specifications.
