The LS844 and LS845 Ultra-Low Noise, Low-Drift, Monolithic Dual N-Channel JFET Amplifiers are pin-for-pin replacements for the Fairchild, Motorola, National and Siliconix-Vishay part. All dual devices are available in PDIP 8L, TO-71 6L, SOIC 8L RoHS and SOT-23 6L RoHS packages, as well as in die form. All devices are available with special testing to customer specifications.
