LOW-NOISE, LOW-DRIFT, LOW CAPACITANCE, MONOLITHIC DUAL N-CHANNEL JFET AMPLIFIER
The LS840, LS841 and LS842 are pin-for-pin replacements for the Fairchild, Motorola, National and Siliconix-Vishay part. All dual devices are available in PDIP 8L, TO-71 6L, SOIC 8L RoHS and SOT-23 6L RoHS packages, as well as in die form. All devices are available with special testing to customer specifications.
