LS/830-831-832-833

The LS830, 831, 832 and 833 are series of Ultra-Low Leakage, Low Drift, Monolithic Dual N-Channel JFETs. This part series is a pin-for-pin replacement for the Fairchild, Motorola, National and Siliconix-Vishay parts. All dual devices are available in PDIP 8L, TO-71 6L, SOIC 8L RoHS and SOT-23 6L RoHS packages, as well as in die form. All devices are available with special testing to customer specifications.
