The LS5911, 5912 and 5912C are a series of Wideband, High Gain, Monolithic Dual, N- Channel JFETs. These parts are pin-for-pin replacements for the Fairchild, Motorola, National, and Siliconix-Vishay 2N5911 Series. All dual devices are available in PDIP 8L, TO-71 6L, SOIC 8L RoHS and SOT-23 6L package types, as well as in die form. All devices are available with special testing to customer specifications.
