The LS3954, 3954A, 3955, 3956 and 3958 Low Noise, Low Drift, Monolithic Dual, N-Channel JFETs are ideal for such amplifier applications. The series is a pin-for-pin replacement for National & Siliconix-Vishay 2N3954 series. These devices are available in PDIP 8L, TO-71 6L, TO-78 6L, SOIC 8L RoHS package types, as well as die form. All devices are available with special testing to customer specifications.
