SST211 SERIES SINGLE, HIGH-SPEED N-CHANNEL LATERAL DMOS FET SWITCH
The SD-SST211 Series is a Single, High-Speed N-Channel Lateral DMOS FET Switch with Zener Diode Protection, ideal for Ultra-High Speed Switching Applications. Linear Systems acquired the Siliconix Lateral DMOS FET Switch product line (same maskset/same process/exact pin-for-pin replacement). It is available in the TO-72 4L and SOT-143 4L package, as well as in die form.
